About the Role
This role will part of the HR team of EDS which constitutes functions including HRBP, TA, Total Rewards, Communications, L&D, Diversity & Inclusion, Talent Management. This role will work very closely with the HR functions as well as other functions within the Shared Services team.
The primary purpose of this role is to oversee the planning, design, and delivery of large, complex, and cross functional enterprise-wide business programs across Lowe’s India. This includes accountability to senior executives, shared services organizations, external partners, and multiple business owners for initiatives with executive sponsorship. This role is critical to Lowe's because it helps drive the financial and business outcomes across various shared services organization and is responsible for ensuring alignment over the short and long-term to drive results.
To be successful, the individual in this role must leverage a background working directly across the organization and apply deep expertise in project/program management.
Role & Responsibilities:
Support leaders in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to support the evolution of the business, drive results
Drive OKRs for all Shared Services teams for Lowe’s India and track progress
Design and conduct advanced analytics to support data driven decision-making and development of best practices for the organization.
Conduct external research to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Assist in project management related to strategic initiatives.
Assist in creation of internal reporting and strategy documents to support business unit activities and strategic planning.
Collaborate with cross-functional and external partners to provide relevant and actionable customer, competitor, and market level insights
Years of experience:
10 years of experience in working in a complex, fast paced business environment across the India organization
Primary Skills:
5 years of experience managing operational or project/program financial budgets
Qualification:
Master's degree in business administration or related field (or equivalent work experience in a related field)
